Infill development comprising four social homes by ECD Architects on an existing underutilised and poorly maintained backlands site in Basildon, Essex. The constraints of the site called for a sensitive lanscape design accommodating street frontage, private external space, pedestrian and vehicle movement and challenging parking demands with consideration for neighbours in close proximity.
