Nine affordable Passivhaus homes by ECD Architects on behalf of Basildon Borough Council. The associated landscape design comprises building curtilage, street frontage, circulation space, and enhancement of the adjacent underutilised public open space. All read as a single, harmonious whole with the built form is sensitively integrated into its surroundings and value added for both residents and the wider community.
