Westall Road

Development of 15 social homes to Passivhaus standard, by ECD Architects, on the prominent corner site of a former public house adjacent to an extensive linear public open space alongside Debden Brook. The landscape proposals include street frontage, building curtilage and a private communal garden and respond to the strong local landscape character via the use of amenity SuDS and extensive soft landscape, achieving a Biodiversity Net Gain of 20% (habitat)/12% (hedgerows).
